I am in final stages of deciding between a T500 with WSXGA+ and a W500 with WUXGA. I am well used to and love the 15.4" WUXGA, and don't have any problems with text size etc, as I adjust the software appropriately. But my experience has been with a 4yr-old Dell Precision notebook, and have never seen either the WUXGA or the WSXGA+ on the Lenovo T/W500 line. Based on hearsay I surmise that the WSXGA+ is a little brighter than the WUXGA - yet if the WUXGA is 174 nits, then that is the same as my present 4yr old WUXGA, which is plenty bright enough...
Can anyone who has actually seen and used the two screens comment on their qualities / brightness / etc? especially please comment if the W500 WUXGA is really a special problem (or else especially good!), other than being merely WUXGA...
