    1400x1050 Wallpapers

    How do you "manage" to find wallpapers to this non-standard resolution for your Thinkpad? Is there a "best" place to go?

    Could anybody send me (the file or link) for the original IMB date line wallpaper with this resolution? (I just found smaller ones...I formated my machine but forgot to copy it...)

    Since 1400x1050 is the same ratio as 640x480, 800x600 and 1024x768, any wallpaper at these sizes will be stretched automatically by Windows without any aspect distortions.

    I subscribe to Webshots - they have a lot of different sizes for each photo - they are all professional photos and they look beautiful. I always get compliments. ;)

    They have resolutions for 16:9 widescreen aspect ratio, and UXGA 1600x1200.

    You could try 1600x1200 wallpapers. Usually when you downsize a picture it is harder to tell. I think there are more 1600x1200 wallpapers. Could try something like deviantart.com.
