I am looking at purchasing an Lenovo (debating between Lenovo and HP) laptop soon. My mom has an old T42 or T43 laptop with the regular 4:3 ratio I believe it is. I really like that size. I am not sure which widescreen I should get, 14.1 or 15.4? It doesnt really seem that big of difference. What was the deciding factor for you for the size you chose?

Also when I picking which laptop to start with after I have chosen the T series, I am given a few laptops to choose from. One with integrated graphics, one with discrete graphics, and one with integrated graphics and mobile broadband. What is the mobile broadband?

Thank you for you help. Scott

I could very easily be wrong, but could that be a broadband card for access to a cell phone network? Like AT&T, etc....

you are correct, mobile broadband, not to be confused with plain wireless, allows internet and email access through a cell phone provider.

Thank you for the fast responses. Guess I don't need that.

On the screen size, what was your guys deciding factor between the two?

I think 14inch is for mobility. 15inch is hard to carry.
