Just got my ThinkPad Mini Dock Plus Series 3 for my T410. I noticed that the adapter is 135W. Check the part number and yes this was the included adpater (433820U).

Will this adapter work on my X301, any ill-effects?

Edit: I believe I ordered 433810U with the 90W adapter, anyway that's another thing I should check

As long as the plug fits, it is compatible--that's one benefit of Thinkpads. There's no issue plugging a higher-wattage PSU into a laptop supplied with a lower-wattage PSU, although the reverse can lead to underclocking.

Thanks MidnightSun, I guess I can also use the 135 on my X301 with the battery removed.

A 135w Power adapter will surly launch the x301 into space...it wont be able to contain the power. :p

jk. It'll be fine, sadly, no space flight. :(
