    has anyone tried this. Is there a 14" screen that does 1080p or wuxga or 1600x1200. I think I remember I had an old Dell c610 14" that was 1600x1200. I love the ergonomics of the t420 but 1600x900 isn't enough space for me. I'm hoping the t440s screen will fit and work on a t420.

    No it will not work without *major* mods...and the same would apply to any similar screen, if you found one in the first place...

    aren't there current 40pin lcd with the same connector placement that can be used in the t420 or t420s
