My Z61m (9450-A36) comes with 1-year parts and labor warranty. I'm checking my warranty status online and it says "location: US". Does it mean the warranty covers US only? In other words, I'm on my own if something breaks when I'm out of the US? I called tech support and the guy said my warranty may include international coverage but he was not 100% sure. Any idea? Thanks!

If you bought a CTO machine from Lenovo's site, it does not include international coverage.

I bought it ready made from retail store Staples. Does it include international coverage? I'm ready the warranty guide but it doesn't say anything related to that. Thanks!

The location in Lenovo warranty web page only states where the laptop was bought.
The only way I've found to find out if I have international warranty was to call Lenovo/IBM and ask them.
