    0x0000009F blue screen error on my t500-driver prob?

    hi, this error happens sometimes when i close the lid and my t500(on win7 64 with switchable gxf hd3650) doesnt go into sleep mode...
    the error is 0x0000009F bbcode blue screen(something like that).
    this only started after i did clean installation of win 7 64 over my vista i got with the laptop.
    when i check my event viewer i also see another error which its source is amdkmdag . and when i click on it so under "general" tab it says "display is not active".
    if any1 could help me out , ahhh its really bugging me :/

    the drivers i installed through system updates tool...

    hey thanks for the help!
    but it says there something about fingerprint biometric device, that causes the problem, and i dont have such device..
    do you still think this solution applies to my situation?

    It may or may not be, however I periodically received this error on my R61 until I installed that hotfix.

    The hotfix actually updates the USB driver so I believe that it is related generically to some types of USB device initialization.
