    Well I'm going to re-order a T61P to replace the T61 I ordered the first time. Comes out only $25 more with more goodies then the 1st. Here is my setup:

    What warranty do you have with this? Just the standard 1 year? Are you going to use this for school? 1 year might not cover you should something happen in year 2, or 3, or 4. :)

    The warranty may jack up the price a couple hundred, but it's worth it when your laptop's world comes screeching to a halt and you need it fixed.

    that's my exact build for the same price (plus my 3 year warranty)...i definitely think the 3 year warranty is worth it, you never know what will happen and you'll save a lot more money this way.

    Actually, I think I would rather go for a 14" T61p model that runs about $175 less than that similarly equipped.

    But that looks like a good deal as is, so if it works for you, go for it!

    Can't get the 256MB video card in that version. Or the widescreen, for the price you're quoting, unless I'm mistaken.
