My laptop is 2 months out of warranty and I started to experience a really annoying problem:

When I type n, it types ny
When I type b, it type bt
When I hit the space bar, it erases
    When I type é, it types é^

    What can I do?

If you have checked that it is not some software related issue or virus (try a linux live boot), then try reseating the keyboard.

Ultimately you can just buy a replacement keyboard.

try marketplace at forum.thinkpads.com and ebay, if you can't find the necessary parts there, you can always go to IBM parts.

Unscrew all the screws holding the keyboard in place, make sure the cable is seated firmly, make sure the keyboard's aligned properly and screw it back down.
