    Hello, im trying to find a cheap gaming laptop refurbished or used doesnt matter with a 675mx/7970m for less then $1300. so my plan is to find a laptop that is compatible with the 7970m, then buy the barebones for the laptop on ebay and purchase a 7970m on ebay and install. thx.

    Alienware M15x, M17x and M18x, MSI GX660 (16F1), GT683 (16F2), well, most MSI's in general, Clevo's, some ASUS-es (G73 series, maybe G53), Dell Precision line...
    Kinda like that :) For example the G73 you have in your sig can be made to run 7970m.
