Need them or not, you can't get rid of them, they are not softwares.
Intel® 64 Architecture - to run 64-bit OS and related stuff.
Enhanced Intel SpeedStep® Technology - Automatically switches the clock speed according to usage of your CPU to preserve battery life, available or most notebook CPUs.
Intel® Hyper-Threading Technology - multiple threads per core. see below for details...

Commander Wolf can i haz broadwell?
Basically it means the T6400 has fewer features than the P8400. In general, I'd go for the P8400 anyways, but you probably don't need any of these extra features. There's a thread about Virtualization below, and I think the other two differences are just hardware security options?

for a home user dou think it's better to have the T6400 or P8400
yes i know that the P series give us better battery life
about it's performance, is it huge different or just the same ? -
Commander Wolf can i haz broadwell?
The P series will offer greater battery life. If the machine is constantly under light load, it won't be much, though. The T6400 is going to be a bit slower than the P8400 as well, but you won't be able to tell the difference if you're just doing internet and office work.

mostly it will be internet and office work
some times i'm gonna play some games and i think not the heavy one
Intel® Virtualization Technology this is for what ?
so i can run like vmware and stuff or else? -
Commander Wolf can i haz broadwell?
I'm fairly certain you can run VMWare without VT, but from what I gather, the VT will give you a performance boost. Of course, I think it is absolutely necessary for that Win 7 feature.

do u think this is a good deal ?
this one -
Should do the job, I am not a big fan of its keyboard though.

i have trying to use the toshiba notebook some of my friend's laptop

do the A105-something and the M300-something does it share the same keyboard layout ? -
Lay out should be similar, but the actually keyboard itself is very different. If you can try one at a shop, I would recommend it.
what are these?
