I have a Acer Aspire 3022WLMi and it has a ATI MOBILITY RADEON X600 64mb VRAM

My question is, is it possible to actualy upgrade to a ATI MOBILITY RADEON X700?

As i have searched the x600 is a dedicated graphics card so it not fully attached to the motherboard. so it it possible to actually buy a x700 mobility from somwhere and upgrade.

If so where could i get a x700 mobility card for laptop from....

    thanks

Nope, the x600 on the 3022 should be soldered to the motherboard, so unless you are going to physically modify it, it isn't possible.

The newer MXM/AXIOM gpu's will be fully upgradable, or at least thats what it was described as...

hmm....what's the main difference between those two? Also...what about the W3V? is the X600 in there and can't be replaced as well?

Unsolder the GPU, rewire everything to make it fit, then solder onto another lappy's motherboard after removing the old via more soldering and pray for the best it won't fry up your motherboard
