    hello

I am looking for a portable scanner

I want to scan specific words or text lines from books and make text files with them (eg Microsoft Word documents), maybe scan whole documents too, but definately not only papers (like most sheetfed scanner allow you to scan), but pages combined to books, magazines, newspapers etc

I want it to work flawlessly as for OCR

do you have any solutions for this please?

can you tell me please which is the most accurate OCR pen/handheld scanner?

wizcom, irispen, cpen or docupen ? are there any others ?

    thanks!

I would be curious to see if any work flawlessly. I did inquire into the docupen when it was first released and I thought it was so-so. I contacted one of the reviewers and he sent me samples and it definitely left a lot to be desired, even though the reviews were very positive.
