My friend has an ASUS C90S, and the 8600m GT runs on idle with Windows Vista at like 80-90C and when gaming exceeds upwards of 105-110C.

It seems as if her fans dont ever spool up. The 1 gpu fan stays at 4 volts, even though its a 12v fan.

Riva Tuner says that the card can only handle 110C.

Does anyone else have these heat issues with the 8600GT?

Her GPU temps keep rising and they are becoming dangerously hot.
