A few days ago I saw a little white circle on my screen. It is brighter then everything and can only be seen in white screens. It is a little bright white dot. It is not a dead pixels because I have seen a dead pixel before and it does not look like one. Is there anyway to fix this?

Maybe it's a dying pixel? You know, not dead yet?

Can you post a picture of it please? I can't figure out from your post if it's a bright circle, bright spot or bright dot since you mention all of them. I assume you did wipe your screen clean. You should try one of the video test programs that display a full Red then Green and then Blue screen to figure out if it's a pixel/subpixel problem.
