    i have a dell vostro 1310 and i can't use my integrated webcam to make a video call on messenger live,i can use it for show my webcam. it does work properly on yahoo messenger.

    First, make sure you have the latest messenger. HERE

    Go to the messenger, sign in. Press Alt, and go to Tools, then Audio and Video Setup.

    After the Audio Section, the video one will come up next. See if it sees your webcam. Drop down the box for the list, and select your webcam. then continue with the setup and try again. ;)

    i did that,and i can use my webcam for show my webcam,but doesn't work for videocall,and yes i use the latest windows live messenger(2009)
