    hello...can any one help me??...it's my first time in here..well im an arabian girll..so forgive for my bad english maybe...i have dell vostro 1500 with vista...and i've tried many linksss to install stereo mix on it...but nothing did really work (( error )).. so plzz can i get helppp.... plz contact me on my msn ( [email edited for safety] ) thnxx alottt :(

    Have you clicked on it and then clicked "Set Default" to enable it?

    Right click on the speaker icon (where you change the volume) and click "Recording Devices". Then click on stereo mix (if it is there) and click "Set Default". What do you need the stereo mix for? You shouldn't have to touch it.

    lol .. i want :( .. i did .. nothing shows up .. i also checked on ( show disable devices ) .. i need to install hardware or somthin' i think .. its not installed .. i have vista ultimate .. can u add me on msn ??
    it's 5 am << here .. i need to sleep .. and i will continue the search for my lost love ( stereo mix) tomorrow :( [email edited for safety]
