    My desktop was working as usual last night until this morning i turned it on and their was a loud beeping noise there was 1 long 1 and then 2 short ones that just kept repeating.It turns on but will no display anything on my moniter.i havent installed any new ram or anything nor have i updated the bios recently help!

    Do u have any USB device connected to it other than the mouse/keyboard? If not, most likely it's the RAM...you'll have to go inside the computer and reseat them and also look for any loose cables etc.

    Edit: It might not be the RAM, a quick search says that 1 long beep and 2 short beeps is the Video Card. :(

    See my edit above...it might be the Video Card gone bad...so that might need replacing. How new is the computer? Brand/Model? Is it under warranty?

    It's real easy for the memory. Just shut down the computer, plug out the power and all cables...let it sit for like 5 mins, open it up...locate the memory chips on the Mother Board; unlatch them by pulling down the latches on each end...lift out the memory and reseat it on the MoBo properly and push back up the latches.
