    Hello everyone,

this might sound weird, but i'm moving away from home to University, i'll be traveling to the UK so thats a long travel and I cant carry a lot with me.

But I want my desktop, and i'm thinking of a way to some how take it with me! I have a fulltower, with P4 in it, 4 gig ram, SATA HDD, and PCI express nVidia 8800 display. sound card built in, eithernet built in, no internal optical drive.

so... i'm thinking about getting rid of the tower, replacing the mobo, keep the processor, ram, HDD, and display. now I need to put all those huge stuff on a tiny mobo that I don't think it exists >_< can anyone help me out?

    thanks :)

We have sister sight, desktopreview likely better answers there. There is or was a desktop sub forum here that could help also.

If you get the answers you are seeking I would like to know cost? Other than GPU I am not getting the attachment? P4?

Changing MoBo good time too consider CPU upgrade I would think?

    Good luck?

thanks for the website. i'll check it out now. I don't want to upgrade the processor cuz i'm trying to minimize the costs. plus if i get new processor that means different mobo and there for i waste my ram :/
