    Hi, before I spend money on the emachine 627 motherboard on ebay (there was not the 625 I need), I want to know if I will be able to adapt it to the broken e625 I have. Thank you

    Although many eMachines are very similar, no guarantees that it will work/fit. Look up the service manual.

    And yet again, buy a new computer, D627 can be bought brand new for around 279..

    Im not sure where you live but ive seen adds for walmart black friday sale emachine for 189.00,radio shack for 179.00 these are 15.6"models, check it out before you buy new motherboard.

    Although you could get a new laptop in some countries for under 200$, It appears this company has some much better prices on the exact motherboard you are looking for.
