Is it just OEM vs Retail?

Intel X25-M Mainstream SSDSA2M160G2XXX 2.5" 160GB SATA II MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)

Intel X25-M Mainstream SSDSA2MH160G2R5 2.5" 160GB SATA II MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)

    Thanks

I believe so. The number ending in R5 is retail. It comes with a box, manual, a 3.5" to 2.5" converter, and screws (I bought that version some time ago, so can def confirm those details). The one ending in XXX appears to be an OEM version. You just get the bare drive but no box, no extras. There are a few additional product numbers (described in here)
