    Why are there dual-microsd to MS Pro Duo, but not to SD?

    There's dual-microsd to MS Pro Duo adapters (advertised mainly for PSP's), but there's no dual-microsd to SD.

    Why? SD cards are bigger than MS Pro Duo, so shouldn't it be more capable of doing this?

    Even though it is bigger doesn't necessarily mean the architecture will allow for it. There must be a difference between MS Pro Duo and SD that allows for two inputs.
