I've googled around and found a few unfamiliar vendors with these puppies in stock for one-off sales (not bulk).

I'm new to the SSD scene, just wondering if there are good/reliable places to purchase them. I'm determined to get an mSATA drive in my Y560 & the 310 seems to be a good bet.

    Thanks!

Yeah, they're only carrying the 40GB atm. Wonder if they'll receive some more.

    When did you purchase it?

That be the one...I swear it was OOS at newegg @ 5AM this morning when I was searching around.

Thanks for the update. If I can't get it in stock at some of the stores selling at @ ~185, I'll probably bite on that.

    Thanks!

It is buried in the enterprise drives section, that might be why you missed it. I figured you looked at Newegg, so I just looked straight there on the off chance. The 40 is OOS, so idk, maybe you saw that in the too-early AM? Lucky find! Enjoy it.

I picked up the Intel 310 at Newegg for $200, about $20 more than I wanted to spend...but sometimes you just have to be a bit frivolous =D

i got mine off amazon, but beware, sometimes it is listed as in stock, but because the system takes 2 hours to process orders some of the sellers have sold out before they receive the amazon orders
