I would like to upgrade my laptop's CPU. I was looking for
    I7 3612QM and I7 3520M
Sadly, the prices are way higher than they should be. For example, a used 6y old i7 3612qm Costs around 100-150 $ on eBay.

Any ideas where can I find those CPUs for a normal(cheap) price?

    Thanks.

With older processors the cost does not increase much for a higher performing part. You may as well go for something faster than the 3612qm.

Here, on the NBR marketplace. /R/hardwareswap. A tech forum with FS/FT (Anandtech forums, Hard forum).

    What?

    I'm seeing the i7-3610QM starting at $60. i7-3520M starts at $50.

The low end / midrange cpus should be a lot cheaper than that, you just have to wait for someone to auction one and it will end up selling at a reasonable price, usually less than half the price of the buy it now listings.

With the current laptop no can do.

Plus shipping costs (outside the US) it goes around ~100$

Taobao, Aliexpress, Ebay, forums, reddit are all good options.
