Your Sony laptop can support up to the 2.13Ghz Pentium M processor, 2Gb of Pc3200 400MHz sodimm memory, and it uses 2.5" ata harddrives. For harddrives you can upgrade to a 250GB Western Digital 5400rpm drive for maximum capacity or you can upgrade to a Hitahci 7K100 100Gb 7200 rpm drive for maximum speed.
The 250Gb is actually close to the speed of the 7200rpm drive because of its high data density.

You have a Pentium M, in your laptop. If you really wanted to you could Bsel mod the processor you have, but you really need to know what you are doing.

Correct... your laptop is one of the 99% of laptops with a video card that is not upgradeable. Read this thread for more info: Upgrading mobile video cards.

If you want to play the latest PC games, you will need to buy a new laptop/desktop or build one.

Also, I would first upgrade the memory and hard drive before even considering a CPU upgrade since it will likely be difficult to upgrade the CPU.
