hi all. I bought a sony vaio VGN CR320E, but is coming with windows vista premium. I just install windows xp professional but i have problems with some drivers. I can't find drivers for the following devices "mass storage controller", "notebook control device" and "
modem device on high definition audio bus". Anyone has any suggestion? All others devices works fine, and are fully compatible with winXP pro.

Good luck. Sony laptops preloaded with Vista are a NIGHTMARE installing XP with. Sony offer absolutely no help or support for XP on their Vista laptops.

The BIG issue is Sony does not offer XP drivers/apps for proprietary functions like hot keys, hardware control software.

The best thing to do is find a thread where people have already solved these issues. Do not try yourself as like I said, installing XP on Sony vista pre-loaded laptops is a NIGHTMARE.
