    Assuming all three of those DIMMs are DDR2 and your laptop supports the extra RAM, any of the three should work. In fact, they are all basically the same.

    I have 2 GB, 2x1 gb already. I was hoping to put 2x2 gb and take it to the max.

    I had read that this varied from "selected models" to selected models. This is from the manual;

    System memory Up to 1 GB of DDR2 533/667 MHz memory, upgradeable to 2 GB using two soDIMM modules (dual-channel support) (for selected models)
    Up to 2 GB of DDR2 533/667 MHz memory, upgradeable to 4 GB using two soDIMM modules (dual-channel support) (for selected
    models)

    When i bought it it was supposedly upgradable to 4 GB. Any way that i can verify how upgradable it is?

    Check whether other owners upgraded to 4 GB. That 2 GB figure might just be because they never tested it with 4 GB when the model was released. I've seen that often on notebooks, my N50Vn has a reported max of 4 GB, but it can actually take 8 GB.
