    Hey, My sister have a Celeron M laptop and I am wondering if it is worth it to upgrade the processor for her. Any comment?

    Depends what she's doing. Usually, I'd say no.

    It'd help to specify what kind of Celeron M or mobo, so we know what it even upgrades to.

    RAM is a more cost effective upgrade if you're looking to boost performance.

    i had celeron although desktop it sucked but was more than enough for word 2003 and internet pentium is ofcourse better but with that chipset graphics and ram its uselles

    Not worth it. The Celeron-M is a cut down P-M with no Speedstep and reduced cache. But unlike the P4 the Cache didn't matter as much.

    Note: your post doesn't jive right. You say Celeron-M but specs show P-M 725. Sorry Typo I meant 735.
