    Hello,
I hope this is the right area for my posting!?
I am a owner of an ASUS UX31E.
I was unhappy with the keyboard and decide to buy another keyboard.
So I bought a keyboard for the UX31a on asusparts.eu and replaced it.
    Everything worked well.

Is it possible to activate the backlight? Some drivers (atkpackage) I've removed andhave reinstalled (package for UX31a)but it doesn´t work. Fn + a / Fn + F3 / Fn + F4 will not function.

Thanks and sorry for my bad english....

Are the connection pins for the keyboard to the m/b exactly the same there may be a power pin missing for the light.
I also want to do this with my ux31e but I won't buy the keyboard until someone confirms it working please let me know if you managed to get yours to work .
