Are you going about Windows installation using something other than Windows 8? I think due to the HAL and OA 3.0 on the UX32VD, you would need to install Windows 8 on the UX32VD with the SSD installed under UEFI. Just make sure Secure Boot is disabled when you have the SSD installed; that could be what's preventing you from booting from the USB key and disc.

Tryed to clone the original HDD on SSD also , same thing black screen and nothing happens ... any other suggestions?

Well, since Secure Boot is unrelated to the drive specifically anyway, it doesn't make a whole lot of sense for USB or optical media to not be bootable with the other drive. I'm speculating that either the UX32VD doesn't like the drive's firmware, or there's another issue related to the system board's BIOS.

Well I wrote a letter to Asus Tech Support they asked me to update BIOS firmware to 214 (came out 6 days ago) so I did the update even before they asked and it didn't help at all ...
Well If there is a problem with firmware I have nothing else to do ? ...

If it's drive firmware you can sometimes find updates on the drive manufacturer's site. But if that's the case and there's no firmware fix, then I imagine it's a fault of Asus BIOS still or the drive firmware. You might want to follow up with this question in the owner's lounge.
