I have the A135-S4527, Toshiba laptop.
My curser is frozen. The USB Mouse & the touch pad work fine apon initial start up then the cursor becomes non redponsive once my logon/user/sign in screen appears.
My question; how can I access my "Ease of Access" options so I may use my "on-screen keyboard" ?
And how do I "Free-Up" my cursor?
    Thank You...

Start in Safe Mode and see if any drivers have been installed that are causing this issue.

    Or, viruses...

    Good luck.
