I'm planning to buy a Aver Media Hibrid TV tunner, that allows you to watch digital and analogical tv. Also it comes with variety of cables that possibility the use of PS2 in the laptop screen. It is a pcmcia tunner, but in the aver media's web page there are usb models. In spain it cost aprox 100€.
It has remote controler, mini antenna and software.

I have used the Hauppage WinTVNova T USB2 and it is a fantastic tuner. It had better reception than my old tuner (less skipping). Also make sure the tuner you buy uses BDA compatible drivers so you can use much better TV viewing programs such as MediaPortal - my favourite.
