Checking prices, and there's about a $100 difference between OEM and retail on this processor. (eWiz vs lagoom) I'd like to get one for my Gateway P-6860FX (now that it's out of warranty), and my inclination is to go retail. However, 100 bucks is a good chunk of change to save. Since it's a mobile processor it's not like it's going to come with a fan or heat sink.

What actually does come in an OEM box besides just the processor?

As far as warranty goes, it's by whoever the reseller is and not intel, correct?

    Input pl0x.

I think OEM is 30 day warranty and retail is usually 1 year. OEM just comes with the processor in a tray...
