    SuperPI shows -1 real memory ???

    Can someone tell me why it shows -1 real memory? What setting am i missing?

    Because it's a program that was probably last updated in the days of the Pentium 4's, so you're 4 CPU revisions past the last update.

    Scanning the cpu shots of i7-965 They do not show -1..But i can't confirm if they are running tri- channel.
