    So I just installed new ram onto my laptop. Now what?

    I bought the ram off of Crucial.com and used the RAM they specified for my HP laptop. I now have two 1GB's.

    Am I suppose to install any drivers or do anything to make it better?

    I've heard of optimizing RAM. Do you reccommend this for a noob?

    You don't have to install any driver.

    Yeah, its justs "plug and play".

    However, I recommend testing your ram with Memtest86+ at least overnight.
