Should I keep my spare LCD screen or sell it?

I got a Thinkpad T60 laptop recently, and the LCD had a stuck pixel on it, so I replaced the LCD. Now the original LCD is lying around and I'm wondering what to do with it. Should I try to sell it (it is an IPS panel), or just keep it in case this new LCD goes bad? Is it true that LCD panels will turn yellow and then die after some number of years?
