I just put in a second harddrive on the M1730.

    I had a 7200 160gb HDD and just added a 5400 320 HDD.

Question is this... the bios recognizes both as does the device manager.

However, when I right click on the C Drive, it still shows just 160gb [roughly].

What am I missing? Where can I find the other 320gb?

You need to format the drive with Disk Management, which is under Computer Management, in the Adminitrative Tools section of the control panel. From there you will be able to format the drive and gain access of the 320gb of space.
