Hey all, I might be needing a new drive for my XPS so my question is this: which is going to be better? the seagate ( Newegg.com - Seagate Hybrid Drives ST500LM000 500GB MLC/8GB 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s NCQ 2.5" Laptop SSHD -Bare Drive) or the western digital ( WD Black). I know the SSD will be better for boot but I don't think you could squeeze much more than windows onto the 8gb's of flash which means the bulk will be on the platter. So will there be noticeable differences between a 64mb 5400rpm drive and a 16mb 7200rpm drive?
