The following link discusses the progress on completely erasing SSD's by the usual software algorithm approaches and there findings, They also discuss a new and better way to get this job done that they researched and developed. Read the publications on the bottom of the page pdf files,,they contain there tests and results,,ect. Check out how much they recovered-the remnants in the enlargable graph on there title page after using the usual software algorithm approaches to erase ssd(s).
