I installed an SSD drive on my computer and then reinstalled the OS on it and kept the other drive as a data drive. Now in the control panel on the uninstall or change a program window it shows file sizes for programs on the data drive but not on the SSD drive.

Is something messed up and can I fix it? Otherwise everything works fine.

Probably not an issue because it's actually up to an uninstaller to report the app size.
