    Hello,

I newly installed SATA hard drive in to my computer. Well, xp sees the hard drive and installs it. After the windows logo, there is blue screen with error message:

A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.

If this is the first time you've seen this top error screen, restart your computer. IF this screen appears again, follow these steps.

Check for viruses on your computer. Remove any newly installed hard drives or hard drive controllers. Check your hard drive to make sure it is propertly configured and terminated. Run CHKDSK /F to check for hard drive corruption, and then restart your computer.

I tried different hard drive and get same error message. I have C CHIPS P23G (V3.0) Socket T (LGA 775) VIA P4M800 PRO Micro ATX Intel Motherboard ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813185086)

    Please help...

    Thank you
