Has anyone had any success opening the enclosure on *this specific model* and transferring the hard drive for use as a SATA internal in one's laptop?

I found the two screws hidden under the rubber legs, but am still having trouble prying the case lose. What am I missing?

Also, can anyone confirm that the drive inside does in fact have a SATA connection. Apparently, these days some drives are coming with strange new connectors.
