Currently I have a Seagate 7200.2 120GB disk in my Dell D630. I want to replace it with a larger one, but 5400 rpm. What is faster than mine. 320GB/500GB, Western Digital Scorpio Blue/Seagate 5400.6.

Here is my current HDTune bench

If you want faster, why not another 7200RPM drive? For 5400RPM, WD 500GB is the faster.

What about the WD3200BEVT that you have? Is it fast?

Yes, the WD3200BEVT is fast but the 500GB is faster.

I think you are best to look into one of these three drives:
    Hitachi 5K320
    WD3200BEVT
    WD5000BEVT

All drives are 5400rpm, with the WD5000BEVT being 500gb. The 500gb drive outperforms the two 320gb drives, so you are best with getting that. The 500gb WD is a better choice than the seagate 5400.6 because it has faster seek times, more IOPS, and it doesn't have the faulty firmware which plagues most of the current seagate drives
