    I need someone to Reccomend me a 2GB stick of RAM that they have used in there T61p and are sure that it is compatible...

    Any 667 MHz PC54(3)00 DDR2 200-pin SODIMM will work ... check out our ram deals thread. If you want to be extra sure, post a link here and someone will tell you if it will run.
