The 2013 Razer Blade is known for its problems with its camera: it frequently changes from green, to red, to gray. So I called the Blade support team, and they were able to download a patch that would "fix" the problem. Except it didn't. Now, the camera doesn't work at all. They said that I should send it in for repairs, but I feel like there's probably another way to fix this without sending it in. I've tried to "rollback" the computer to a previous states, but that didn't work. Do you guys have any suggestions? I really don't want to give up this wonderful laptop for a couple weeks, especially since I've only had it for a few days.

You've had it for a few days? Time to RMA and get a better overall platform is my suggestion.

This is time where I want to troll and say "You should have bought an Alienware"... This is where Alienware's NBD warranty really helps. I have a feeling the patch might have broken the camera by corrupting the firmware or something.. You'll probably have to RMA it.
