What difference will I see between RAM with 1.35V vs 1.5V? In terms of performance and battery life.

    Here are 2 for comparison:

    1.35V SAMSUNG 4GB 204-Pin DDR3 SO-DIMM DDR3 1600 HERE

    1.5V G.SKILL 4GB 204-Pin DDR3 SO-DIMM DDR3 1600 HERE

I know the timings are different:
    Samsung 11-11-11-28
    G.SKILL 9 - 9- 9-28

I'd say buy with lower voltage (more battery+less heat). And Tighter timings

So my vote goes to the G.Skill RAM

The Samsung has the lower voltage while the G.SKILL has the tighter timings.

Sorry for the confusion. Just edited the post to show this. Had it showing to start with but of course the forums lost the first post.

Buy the ADATA AXDS1600GC4G9-2 this will give you 1600MHz CL9 1,35V.

That requires Intel XMP support though. So you need an Intel chipset that supports XMP or else it'll default to 1333mhz.

I actually have it in my laptop and it overclocks really good with XMP but my BIOS hangs sometimes if I put the wrong timings.

Did you try to run it at 1.5v and higher speeds?

On XTU, it automatically runs it @ 1.5v. But the problems is XTU is currently not working, it just hangs and I don't have any options on my BIOS besides 1.5v :(. So I haven't tested fastest it could get on 1.35v.

You have to use the XTU from the Clevo download section. The latest XTU from Intel won't work.

Could you dump your ram with Thaiphoon burner and upload the file please?
