    PC-5300 will be compatible PC-4200 right?(If I replace my PC-4200 with PC-5300)

Will I be able to tell the differences in latency's?[CL4(less latency) and CL5(more latency)]

    Thanks :)

The PC-5300 RAM is still going to run at 533MHz because the Front Side Bus of your Intel Core 2 Duo T5200 is 533MHz. So there will be no difference.

if the pc2-5300 ram is clocked down to 533mhz, would the CL latency's lower to 4 from 5 too?
