Is it possible? Could I theoretically RAID one 500GB drive with one 500GB Hybridd drive?

I know it is likely that the 4GB nand will be useless but I was wondering if it is at all possible. I have one of each lying around as spare and I would like to put it to good use :)

It is possible but you are not only asking for trouble from the RAID0 gods - you are asking for trouble with mixing different drives in a RAID environment.

RAID0 is highly not recommended. For 99% of users, there is no performance increase and 100% chance of twice the system failure rate because of the RAID0 setup.

    Don't do it! :)

    Good luck.
