WIFI on my laptop was always bad but now I've changed room and I'm even further from router so connection is terrible pretty often. I tried reseting antenas and installing latest drivers but still problems.

I'm running Windows 7 and would like to stay on it but soon I will make format so if connection on Win10 is better I might install it.

If I'm changing card, can I just put in new or I need to do something special?
I was reading this thread http://forum.notebookreview.com/thr...rnal-wifi-adapter-in-asus-n550jv-db71.738893/ and they mention some whitelist.. what is that?
