This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     I just purchases a D Link DIR 625, as my new wireless N router for my hp dv9548ca with a Wireless Intel 4965AGN Card.

    Problem: When checking the Radio Type of my wireless network it still says 802.11g not N. The only computer connected is my laptop. Whats going on?
